In a previous article, somedy talked about a putative
W3 home page for package GCG. Does anyone know the url?
By the way, maybe somebody can answer my question just now :
which sequence file format is read by GCG package? Could
somebody send me an example by e-mail?
The url for gcg's home page is http://www.gcg.com/
Additionally there are several servers offering the gcg manual online,
University of Strasburg is one such place.
I will send you an example of GCG's sequence file format; GCG has the ability
to convert sequence formats, and so does Readseq (available from the FTP
serverat the University of
Indiana if my memory serves me correct; try looking up the gopher archive pages for this newsgroup.
Hope this helps
Enjoy....
