Perhaps because I'm first a biologist, then I can't understand your
problem...
The -batch option exist in GCG under UNIX and works well. It make an at
job with a -20 priority (for me equivalent to a slow queue in VMS), and
is really easy to use for users.
The only thing is that it gives 2 mails for prevent the end of the job...
