GCG and NQS

One minor problem that I ran into, is that when a NQS job starts up, it
will always start up in the user's $HOME directory, which is different
behaviour from batch/at. You may need to take account of this in the
scripts that you write, or users won't be able to run batch jobs from
subdirectories.
