I am trying to find a sequence that is representative of oxygen-sensitive
promoters. The only necessary sequence that I have found in the
literature is the 11-bp sequence from the nifLA promoter of Enterobacter
cloacae. If anyone knows of a consensus-type sequence that could be used
to determine if a promoter may be oxygen-sensitive, please e-mail me
