The REFORMAT function, alone, will not allow you to access your sequence
files in GCG. First CHOPUP the sequences, then REFORMAT them.
ie.,
$ CHOPUP xxx.seq
This changes the file to a ".dat" file, then
$ REFORMAT xxx.dat
