The latest version of OWL (28.1) is available from
ftp://ftp.seqnet.dl.ac.uk/pub/database/owl
or
ftp://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/repository/OWL
There are no updates between the releases of OWL. Each time a new full
release
of SWISSPROT, PIR or NRL is available, a new release of OWL is build.
