RDP-->GCG Conversions

Hello

Anybody know of a good way to convert the SUBALIGN files out of RDP into GCG
format (MSF or otherwise).  SUBALIGN gives you output in Genbank, EMBL, and
other formats.  However, I cannot seem to get Readseq (Feb 93) to recognize the
RDP/Genbank files.

All of this goes on a VAX4000/90 running VMS 5.5-2.
