It depends. When you are in a directory where all your sequences are,
called <something>.seq, then you can specify them as *.seq.
If there are a lot of other files in there as well, it is easiest to
write a file of filenames (let's call it align_these), and, when
pileup asks you for the sequences it should use, type in an at-sign
and then the name of the file of filenames, e.g. @align_these.
