Dear GCG users,
I have several questions regarding to use GCG on Unix.
1. What is syntax to use 'pileup' in multiple sequence analysis? I have
several GCG formatted DNA sequences, but I don't know how I can align them
side by side.
2. Is there any GCG FAQ?
3. Is there macintosh version of GCG? If so, please give information
about the price and comarison to Unix version.
I would appreciate your comments.
