GCG has PEPTIDESTRUCTURE which can be helpfull in this context. However, in
EGCG you will find PEPWINDOW which not only offers the standard averaging
window hydropathy plot, but actaully has a MESH cascade which depicts median
values which is quite usefull in identifing membrane spanning regions. The
metod was describes originaly by Bangham J.A. Analytical Biochemistry 174,
142-145 (1988) 'Data-Sieving Hydrophobicity Plots'. Furthermore, you will
also find PEPALLWINDOW which will accept a MSA formatted file as input.
