Sorry for the really stupid question but twice now I've tried to find vector sequences in GenEMBL and have had no luck. I used stringsearch to look for the name and tried fetch to obtain the sequence using the acession number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dubear dubear at whitewater.chem.wisc.edu
