The permission/public_access issues for WWW access to the
genhelp and genmanual libraries via the VMS HELP gateway on our http
server (sci.wfeb.edu) have been resolved, so you can again access
it via our home page, or via the links to it which people had put
in their pages. It also now leads you to a link for the gateway
software, so if you have an OSU DECthreads or CERN httpd (and GCG
license) on your VMS system, you can install the gateway locally
(with level 1 access restrictions, or with permission from Maggie
Smith to offer it publicly).
