No single program exists to do this (that I know of), but running
the proper sequence of GCG programs will create the desired dataset.
Instructions are available with the EPD files at NCBI:
ftp ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
cd repository/EPD/epd
get gcg.txt
There are instructions for both VMS and Unix. It worked for me the
one time I tried it, a year or two ago.
