modified REFORMAT, was 5000+ seqs in GCG

I've had several requests for the modified reformat program.  

The modifications are available via anonymous FTP from
SEQAXP.BIO.CALTECH.EDU, in the directory ANON_ROOT:[PUB.REFORMAT]. The
files, all text, are: 

reformat.cmd             <-- put this in genrundoc
reformat.txt             <-- put this in genrundoc
reformat_dif1.txt        <-- diff of modified reformat with GCG v8.0, no
                             line numbers
reformat_dif2.txt        <-- diff with line numbers

Since this REFORMAT is 99% the same as GCG v8.0, I'm only distributing the
diffs.  You can edit a local copy into shape in a couple of minutes. Print
the _dif2 (which has line numbers) to act as a guide, then cut and paste
from _dif1 (no line numbers) to a local copy of reformat. Compile, link,
and use it!

Note:  this version of REFORMAT may make it into eGCG 8.0.
