Our campus is running GCG on a UNIX based SGI. We just upgraded to ver. 8.0.
Our lab just bought a Pentium to use (in part) as a terminal for our
account on this system, since we want to set up an X-windows server to take
advantage of the new GUI in GCG. I would like to solicit advice on X-windows
clients and settup information. Our campus is offering the Micro-X software
at $30- for the purpose, but noone seems to know if it will work. Any advice
from the group will be appreciated. Direct email on such a mundane question
seems appropriate. Thanks.
