Is there any way to force the GCG Prime program to use a specific
primer on one end (say a forward primer you already have on hand) and
then choose an appropriate downstream primer? If I include the "fixed"
foward primer in a data file with the -PRI option, it uses only this
one primer and naturally doesn't find any suitable primer pairs.
