Dear colleagues,
this is just to mention that we have finalized the adaption of
BLAST/GCG8.1 to the HASSLE 5 system. Code and instructions on its use are
available as an experimental test version.
More material and details are posted in the embnet.net-dev group.
We also would like to discuss the need, availability and distribution of
the 'nr' set needed for the BLAST servers to be run locally for security
and other reasons. How do you compute this set, or do you get it from i
somewhere?
