Greetings.....
I am interested in converting 'blocks' i.e., aligned protein fragments
from the
Blocks 8.0 database (Henikoff and Henikoff) to GCG-format profiles. Has
anyone
attempted this before? I would like to avoid re-inventing any wheels if
something like
this aready exists.
Any help or advice where to look would be greatly appreciated.
