How can one keep TFD-Sites up-to-date ?

I wrote a littel PASCAL program to extract patterns from SITES.DAT using
FACTORS.DAT to specify specific organisms. You enter the organism and the
program will create a GCG pattern file. Currently the program is a bit
VMS-specific but it shoudln't be a big deal to modify it.
