Hi. It's me again with another question. I have a sequence with two small regions that seem to bind a DNA binding protein specifically. I need to find out:
a) if these binding sites have been characterized before &
b) if the sites are known, what protein binds there
Anyway I can do this with GCG (or easily with some other piece of software)?
