PileUp and Sequence Files

 I think the problem may be the inability of GCG to understand
 the @ command at this level.  I use VMS and the I put all my
 options right on the command line
 eg..,
 $ pileup @seqs.fil /bat /nosort /line=  ...... and so on..
 should work.
