I have just discovered a problemette.
If I construct a file of sequence names containing a number of sequences
called seqs.fil and in response to 'What sequences' type @seqs.fil Pileup just
sits there until I press CTRL Z when it inputs each sequence. If however I
have all the sequences and in response to 'What sequence' type *.pep it
swallows the sequences straight away.
Has anybody else had this problem or am I doing something dumb?
(Oh on a VAX 7610 - VMS version 5.5-2 Version 7.3 of Wisconsin Package)
