It is an extremely simple question, too: could anyone tell me how
can I convert a 3-letter-coded protein sequence into a 1-letter-coded one?
I went through the User's Guide of GCG but didn't find any clue. Is it
possible that there isn't such a simple program included in GCG?
Of course any other available program would do for me.
