Searching for proteins by size & PI

Hi Everyone

Will make this short to save bandwidth.. A couple of the folks I support want to 
do the following:

1) Retrieve protein sequence files from Swissport or PIR by doing a kD size
   search. 
   
2) Retrieve protein sequence files from Swissport or PIR by doing a pI
  (isoelectric point) search. 
  
I never heard or seen of anything that will do the above. However, someone out 
in Netland may have hacked something together to look at the features tables.  I 
can hope...
