During the compilation of the program SEQLOGO, obtained from the
netserver at EMBL using the program THINK Pascal Version 4.0 we
received some lethal error messages.
I asced Tom Schneider at the NCI in Frederick for a compiled
version of his program SEQLOGO to generate sequence logos reported 1990 in
Nuc. Acids Res. (Vol. 18 No. 20 p. 6097). Unfortunately there seems no
such version available from his side.
Is there anybody who could send me, e.g. via e-mail, a compiled version for an
Apple computer or could give us some hints for the compilation?
We would like to run it on a Macintosh Quadra 650.
