We at the Duke U Medical Center have recently made the conversion from vms GCG
to the UNIX flavor running under IRIX 5.1.1.2. One of the casualties of the
transition was the loss of Dr Stephen Clark's excellent mult. alignment program --
Maligned.
Many users here at Duke have asked me about trying to find an alternative to
GCG's LINEUP along the lines of maligned. I haven't had much success. Anyone out
there know of a unix program that will accept gcg's PILEUP output?
