Some years ago I wrote a program to predict secondary structures
of larger sized RNA molecules.
(published in Nucl. Acids Res. 14:317-326 (1986).
This program called FALTUNG is written in PASCAL, runs under VMS, is
freely available and still exists.
You may either send me your sequence to predict or we could exchange
details to install the program at your site
(if you have access to a VMS machine).
