I have composed the 'Biocomputing Survival Guide' which covers basics
and most GCG programs in a cookbook-like fashion. There will be a
book coming out early this year from Humana Press where I have written
several chapters (this is the successor of the 1990 edition of the
Biocomputing Tutorial).
