Help with getting hold of MacClade and PAUP...?

Netters,
       I'm looking for email addresses or phone numbers for those who are
involved or made or sell two packages.  The first is MacClade, the second is
PAUP.

In particular I would like to know how to get hold of MacClade for our Macs,
and PAUP for execution on PCs, along with the Source code for PAUP for porting
to (if permissible) OpenVMS, IRIX and Solaris.
