Hi,
I have a DNA sequenceand I want to find out if it has any homology with an
existing database like genbank. I have access to GCG software but i dont have a
manual with me. Could someone help me by telling me how to go about using GCG?
Basically what i want to do is to plug in the DNA sequence and then search
Genbank to see if there is such a sequence existing. I would really appreciate
it if someone cud help me out by letting me know in simple terms as to how to use
