Hi Netters!
I would like to know if someone has a list of cleavage motifs used by
proteases, preferably complementary to the cleavage sites used by
the program 'peptidesort' of the GCG package.
Is there a compilation of such sites? It would be especially convenient
to have a list for proteases commercially available...
