Good morning,
I would have the following question.
Having the output of a tfasta one would like to take all the returned sequences
in order to make a pileup with a target proteins.
The long way is to take sequences one by one, translate it with the associated
frame, and then make the pileup.
Anybody knows an auxiliary program that would read tfasta output and would
give the protein with the frame associated? The researcher has to do that very
frequently...
