Is there an FTP site or WWW site for GCG information and support?

Hi fellow netters,
I'm sorry if this as a FAQ (though I don't recall seeing a similar question),
but what e-mail services are available for the molecular biologist, for
example the Blast services .
The reason i'm asking is that we as a network are going 'internet' soon if
that makes sense.
To access these services, what software package(s) are required.
I would like to make these services known to other members of the Institute,
and even up and running. We have a collection of SGi's, Suns and PC`s with
win3.1
It would be most helpfull
If I get enough information, I will post a summary
