The errors you see are usually caused by incomplete files. It is likely
that your ftp connection broke before the file was downloaded completely.
We usually have this happen to at least one of the files when we download a
new version of GenBank, and this also occurs occasionally during the daily
updates.
Otherwise, we had no problem downloading and converting GenBank 82.0.
