If you want TIFF output, then most any RIP will do, but the
output won't be that editable, as it will just be a bitmap.
If you want editable output, then you want to convert to something
like AI format etc.
IN the PD world, I believe there is an adjunct to GhostScript,
called ps2ai, or something, that can do this.
In the supported world, Transverter Pro from Techpool can handle
most file formats and convert between them. PS is just one
