Reformating GENESEQ for GCG

The FromIG program will read a file in Ig format: comments with ";" at
the start of each line, then one line with the entry name, then the
sequence with a formfeed at the end. You should have a file in that
kind of format.

You can use ToIg on a few entries (EMBL:ECTRPA* for example) to see the
Ig format.
