Dear Bin-I rarely work with the a2, 6-sialyltransferase anymore and I 
don't know where you might be able to buy it.  Why don't you try the 
Consortium for Functional Glycomics.

I know they make glycans, glycan binding proteins, and antibodies. Even 
if they don't have purified enzymes for sale, someone involved may have 
in the course of their work purified the sialyltransferase and will 
send you some.  Good luck,
