The best way is to use a Deglycosylation kit. The best and cheapest is made
by Prozyme(www.prozyme.com). There is a three enzyme kit for $250 and a five
enzyme kit for $350. It takes off both N and O-linked sugars. You can
download a PDF version of the kit booklet. Enough for at least 2 mgs of
