I am looking for good shark cartilage digestion methods. What little
there is out there for cartilage digestion in literature, it pertains to
bovive cartilage. Following those methods for bovine cartilage I seem to
end up with a fair amount of undigested material which I am not sure
what its chemical composition is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
