yeast expression system

Hi,

I am looking for a yeast expression system expressing a high mannose
glycoprotein. We have developed synthetic receptors that are specific
for mannose moieties on glycoproteins. We want to test the receptor
system in its ability to purify mannosylated yeast proteins from
cultures. If anyone knows of such source or is willing to collaborate
