Can anyone answer the following question or suggest a source of answers?

I am looking for a snake venom which is high in enzymes such as galactosidase, glycosidases, lipases, hydrolases and phosphatases but which is low in proteases and esterases. The aim is to cleave attachments from a protein I have isolated.
