Dear glycobiologist,
Has anyone ever tried to obtain MALDI -Mass spectra of oligosaccharides
derivatized with ANTS (8-amine1,3,6naphtalen trisulfonic acid)? Which
are the better conditions?
Any other information about MS determinations of this type of
derivatives will be very welcome!!
