isolation of glycosylated vs non-glycosylated protein variants

We are on our way to purify glycosylated variants of some salivary
proteins from their non-glycosylated counterparts. The glycosylation
involves glucoronic acid linked to the protein backbone. Can anyone
give advice on strategies to do this ?
