POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: The research includes
determination of the three-dimensional conformation and dynamics of
of complex polysaccharides and oligosaccharides from pathogenic
bacteria. Methods will emphasize heteronuclear multidimensional
NMR spectroscopy including measurement of scalar and dipolar
coupling of 15N and 13C enriched samples. Analysis will require
computer molecular modeling and molecular dynamics simulation.
Excellent NMR instrumentation and computer facilities are available
including spectrometers at 500, 600 and 800 MHz.
