Hi. Does anyone know of any lectins which specifically react with plasma membranes? I want to label plasma membranes of Arabidopsis for electron microscopy. I gather con A labels glycoproteins on the lumenal face of ER as well as PM; I guess most others do too? Cheers -- Rebecca Mills
