last possible moment for yesterday's ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE, some
experienced an inability to access the server for abstract submission.
To accommodate those who were unable to access the server during this period,
the deadline for ABSTRACT SUBMISSION has been extended to Monday July 27, 1998.
