Hi.
In two scientific references I foud the use of column affinity
chromatography with Synsorb H type 1 [composed of a trisacharide of
the same structure as the H type 1 antigen of the human ABO (H) blood
group system, covalently attached to inert silica beads via spacer],
the papers refered to Chembiomed, Ltd in Elmonton, Alberta, Canada
as the source. I have notices that Chembiomed no longer exist.
Does anyone know another source for this kind of columns or another
similar system?
Thanks in advance.
