I wish I could hydrolyze Dextran Sulfate into disaccharides using a
protocol that would NOT provoke solvolysis,
which means loosing the sulfates. However, I never heard about any enzyme
that would do the job right...
By the way, I am also hunting for a clever method to label monosaccharides
for UV-CZE analysis. Indeed, I only
can perform fluo detection on HPLC and I am thinking of CZE as a nice and
faster tool for monosaccharides characterization.
