I am working at Korea Basic Science Institute (KBSI) which is a national
core facility.
My customer asked me about analysis of beta-glucan in mushroom some days=
ago.
I have searched references but I did not get the information yet.
I would like to know the methods or reference related to purification and
quantitation of beta-glucan.
