PHD student position open. Bioinformatics of Glycosylation.
A 3 year position as PHD student is open at our center of
biological sequence analysis.
The subject will mainly be recognition of glycosylation
or other posttranslational signals in protein sequences
with neural networks or hidden markov models.
Prediction of immunogenic regions in proteins will also
be a possibility.
The applicant should possibly have a biochemical background
but with experience within computer programming.
